Sulfurated Potash (K2Sn) 1/2lb Liver of Sulphur

Liver of Sulfuris a poorly defined mixture ofpotassium sulfide, potassiumpolysulfide,potassium thiosulfate, and probablypotassium bisulfide. Synonyms includehepar sulfuris, sulfur,sulfurated potash andsulfurated potassa.

Liver of sulfur is mainly used inmetalworkingto form apatina, turningcopperalloysbrown or black.

Typically liver of sulfur comes in a dry rock form which must be broken into smaller pieces and dissolved in hot water for use.

-50 grams Sulphurated potash (Liver of sulphur)
-1 liter water – heat the water to get a super-saturated solution
